Working on a prototype or web app, but unsure of the technical hurdles involved in native app development? Perhaps you’re stuck on a particularly grueling performance bottleneck.
Whether you’re just starting out, or looking for one last push to get your app out the door, consider hiring me to help you get there.
I stand behind my work: if you’re not happy with the results, I’ll gladly refund the evaluation fee.
One-off engagement. First, I’ll review the state of any existing user research, wireframes, interface mockups, and/or code. Then, I’ll talk to your team about how best to use your remaining time and resources, and “quick wins” that will drastically improve your app and development process, saving time and money with minimal effort.
By identifying design and development problems early on, I’ll help your team work more effectively and deliver a more user-friendly product in less time. I’ll also help refine your process to cut down on miscommunication and bottlenecks, and introduce useful best practices that will make the whole process run more smoothly.
Monthly retainer. I’ll spend two hours a week meeting with your team, during which I’ll help identify technical and UX problems, work with you to establish and refine a user-centered development process, and make sure you’re on track to put your best foot forward at launch.
I’ve worked with great teams on dozens of projects spanning front-end, back-end, and mobile, and know how to use proven strategies without becoming a slave to them.
I’ll draw on my experience working with large organizations—as well as current and former Apple employees and evangelists—to help you to build an app that’s focused, stable, intuitive, and, best of all, built around your users’s real needs.
Weekly retainer. I’ll spend 5 days a week working directly with your team to build the product. In addition, I’ll help you figure out some of the more challenging areas of app development, like quality assurance, public relations, and app submission.
